Talks & Events

On Thursday 17th October, NHA Partner Carol Lelliott, lead architect for the refurbishment and redesign of the David Attenborough Building at the University of Cambridge, hosted a talk entitled 'A Space to Collaborate' focusing on the building as both a sustainable and collaborative workspace as part of the Universities Festival of Ideas.

The talk was co-hosted by CCI Director Mike Rands along with a selection of other CCI Partners.

The building is a Brutalist icon in the centre of Cambridge, originally designed by Arup Associates in the 1960s and is home to the Materials Science and Metallurgy Department, the Zoology Museum and the Babbage Lecture Theatre.
