Oxford Science Park
The pre-let building has views across the central lake of the Science Park. We were responsible for the fit-out as well as the building design. The intention was to provide a sociable working environment and maximise the use of daylight. The façades are carefully balanced to combine this with good insulation and without overheating from sunshine.
