A dream recognised' as new school opens

Today is the official opening ceremony for the new Nicholas Hare Architects' designed Aylesbury Vale Academy and Berryfields Primary & Nursery Schoolin Buckinghamshire.

Principal Fiona Froment said staff and pupils had been in "awe and wonder" at the new building and that "the facilities and equipment will help everyone achieve better results. She also said it will "inspire the staff to teach better than ever before and it's the staff inspiring the students that will lead them to be creative and aspirational."
