Longwater Avenue, 300

GreenPark, Reading

GreenPark is a state-of-the-art business park on which we have developed three buildings.

The second phase, 300 Longwater Avenue, is a single headquarters building of approximately 142,709 sq. ft. which was pre-let to Cisco Systems.

It has the potential of subdivision into 2 tenancies per floor. The office area is designed at an efficient 18m depth, as a ring of flexible space around a central light well.

A grand four storey high glazed entrance atrium forms an impressive entrance hall to the building offering spectacular views across the lakeside. Its vertical fin structure forms a landmark building at the heart of GreenPark.

The use of a high percentage of glass in the facades allows the occupants to maximise their views out of the building to the landscaped surroundings and the rest of the Park.

Nicholas Hare Architects-designed buildings give your business inspiring surroundings and happier people, not to mention lower electricity bills.
Oxford Properties

The north entrance hall façade and south façade is planar glazed, supported from the expressive external fin structure. Vertically supported grillage sits between the fins on the west and south façade to provide solar shading.

The south office facade is provided with horizontal fins which give solar shading. Brackets fix through feature channels at slab level, and support solar louvres, combined with access ways for maintenance.
