Nokia R&D Headquarters

NHA were appointed by Nokia to masterplan and design its main UK research and development buildings in Farnborough. The scheme accommodates around 1,500 staff. It required complex, high-tech solutions, with fit-outs involving a large amount of specialist equipment.

Staff wellbeing was a key objective and the three buildings incorporate restaurants, cafes and informal meeting space and rooftop leisure facilities. The project was delivered to a tight programme, on time and on budget.
