School House, Leighton Park School

Our earliest involvement with masterplanning in the education sector was for Leighton Park School, an independent school near Reading.

We looked at various options for their extensive landscaped campus and developed a plan to accommodate their growing need for both teaching and residential facilities, and which also allowed them to sell part of the site for development.

We subsequently went on to complete two boarding houses for the school - School House followed by Reckitt House, each accommodating 70 boys and girls, as well as a very sheltered retirement home for the developer who bought part of the site.
