Kimberly-Clark Headquarters

Kings Hill, Kent

The project is one of a number buildings that we built for developer Rouse Kent at Kings Hill that include headquarters for the Charities Aid Foundation and Rhône-Poulenc Rhorer. The building was designed in close consultation with Kimberly-Clark and with the developer.

We were responsible for space-planning and fitting-out as well as the building design.  The floor-plate has a flexible 'doughnut' of space around a central atrium - the inherent adaptability of the design was demonstrated in its success accommodating the clients' evolving occupation requirements.

On the ground floor, extensive conference and restaurant areas overlook a small lake.
